Ariane Poole London offer a 100% guarantee that if you´re in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund provided that the item is in fair condition with original packaging and accessories and that it is returned to us within 28 days. Free UK returns For UK customers, Ariane Poole London is happy to pay for postage and we enclose a returns label with your order. For your protection, we recommend that you get a certificate of posting, available free from the Post Office, which will enable us to action your refund or replacement should the returned goods be lost or delayed in the post.


Returns information


If you wish to return goods to us, you may do so without giving us prior notice. As soon as we receive the goods we'll action your request. Where a refund has been requested, we will credit your card no later than one working day following receipt of the returned goods and any replacement goods held in stock will be despatched within one working day. If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund. We will also let you know when we have credited your account with the refunded amount. How to cancel


Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery. To cancel this contract, either e-mail our customer services with the order number and your instruction to cancel, or telephone the Customer Service on UK national lo rate 08456 018 360 or International +44 1494 433 039 If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the relevant items and send them back to us. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days after we receive your notification.
