Now try a modern approach to the eyes. Using the Riviera Eye Trio apply the mushroom colour to the lids first. I know we have been told in the past to always use the lightest shade all over first but with today's sheerer formulations you will have to work hard to build colour if you use old techniques. Next run a navy pencil like my Twilight Powder Pencil along the base of your top lashes.
Add the navy shadow from the trio over the pencil to add depth. Pop a little navy shadow on the outer corners and in the centre part of your lower lashes (this will really open up your eyes). Finish with a sweep of bone eye shadow(included in the Riviera trio) just under the arch of your brows. Complete the eyes with Navy Mascara on top & bottom lashes. All my navy's are deep rich navy not bright and garish. What I love about using navy on the eyes is that it makes the whites of your eyes appear whiter and more youthful.
