Placing an order - what happens next?
Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with transaction and Order reference numbers. UK orders will arrive within 5 working days. Please allow 14 working days for International Orders.
Returns Policy
No quibble returns
Ariane Poole London offer a 100% guarantee that if you´re in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund provided that the item is in new condition with original packaging and accessories and that it is returned to us within 28 days.
Free Returns (UK only)
Please use the above Freepost address when returning items. For your protection, we recommend that you get a certificate of posting, available free from the Post Office, which will enable us to action your refund or replacement should the returned goods be lost or delayed in the post.
Returns information
If you wish to return goods to us, you may do so without giving us prior notice. As soon as we receive the goods we'll action your request. Where a refund has been requested, we will credit your card no later than three working days following receipt of the returned goods and any replacement goods held in stock will be despatched within three working days. Please note that our free shipping offer applies to orders valued at £35 and over. If you are returning part of your order which when deducted from the original total results in the order value falling to an amount below £35. Ariane Poole Cosmetics reserves the right to add back the cost of shipping.
If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund.

How to cancel
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery.
To cancel this contract, either e-mail our customer services team with the order number and your instruction to cancel, or telephone the Customer Service Team on UK national lo rate 0800 7076875 or 01494 722577 (International +44 1494 722 577)
If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the relevant items and send them back to us.
If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days after we receive your notification.

Stopping testing on animals is something we at Ariane Poole Cosmetics feel passionately about. We will not buy any ingredients from a manufacturer who carries out animal testing.
